About two weeks ago my family and I returned from a twelve-day
trip in the western United States. As a family we dubbed this trip
our “CT2” or “Canyon Trip.” It's CT
2 since last year
we visited Yellowstone and Grand Teton National Parks and studied evidence for the flood and creation and
called that our “Creation Trip” or “CT” so we just had to
start a tradition. LOL.
On this year's trip we visited Great Basin National Park in
Nevada, Bryce Canyon National Park in Utah, Grand Canyon National
Park in Arizona, and Zion Canyon National Park back in Utah again. We
camped in a tent every night except for three, when we stayed in hotels. We had some
real quality time as a family. I especially enjoyed all the time
around the campfire talking. We covered about 2,325 miles in all. The
new states for me that we went through were Utah and Arizona. Here are a few pictures to introduce you to our trip but I will try to post more in future posts about our trip!

It was a true joy to share that time with you, and to be a part of your discovering just how amazing your God is! We love you very much!
ReplyDeleteThanks so much, Dad! I am so blessed to have been born into this family! I couldn't have dreamed up better parents! Thank you for "training me up in the ways I should go, so that when I am old I will not depart from it"!
DeleteThat is so awesome! I knew your mom and dad wanted to take you girls on this trip, but nobody told me that you were actually going. I wish I had known, so I could have been praying! But God took care of you and blessed you anyway. Thanks for sharing the photos and a bit of your adventure!
ReplyDeleteThank you! I hope to post more detailed about every Nat. Park we visited in later posts!
DeleteJust lovely! I enjoyed seeing pictures :) I can't wait until you are able to post more ;) God bless,
ReplyDelete~Mary =D
I hope to post four more posts about our trip. One about each Nat. Park!
DeleteThese are awesome pictures! Thanks for posting, I like 'em all! I wish I could go on a trip like this... :)
ReplyDeleteIt was a truly inspiring trip—to stand "on the edge of the world" where if there was no railing you'd fall right off! All these places were so new to me. Pictures do them all, but especially not the Grand Canyon, no justice!
DeleteBeautiful pictures of your trip. Looks like you had a great time and saw many of my favorite places. xxx ooo
ReplyDeleteYes, amazing indeed! Thanks for reading and commenting!
DeleteI love your pictures! 2 years ago two of my sisters, my brother, my mom, and my aunt, and me of course, went to Bryce Canyon and Zion Canyon on our way to Colorado for my cousins wedding.
