Hello,
Faithful Readers! I apologize for not being super regular on my blogs
lately but life has been crazy! I will try to give you an “update”
on my life but for now I have an urgent prayer request.
Many of
you may remember my posts about the winter camp that I attend with my
youth group, Hume Lake. I recently was made aware of the wildfire
Rough that is haunting the
Sierra Nevada's in this area. The last that I heard, it was about 2-3
miles away from Hume Lake and still raging onward directly toward the
camp.
It
has burned over 30,000 acres, and the camp has been evacuated!
Please join me in
praying that God does a wonder to protect this special place from
this fire. This camp has changed many lives and is filled with God's
presence. I know that He can do a miracle and that is what I urge you
to pray for. Pray that God keeps everyone safe and that he gives the
firefighters wisdom what to do. Pray for God's presence in the midst of this disaster! Thank you all so much and stay tuned
