Blogging Anniversary // Q&A

July 16 is A Great God and Good Cocoa's fourth birthday! I've thrown around multiple ideas to celebrate, and settled on doing a Q&A session. I considered making it into a vlog (a post in the form of a video), but due to limited internet I'm going to keep it all text. Maybe next time. :) Thank you everyone who gave me suggestions for celebrating four happy years!

Now, your part in this is to ask questions! In the comments you may ask up to six questions. (No more than that please.) They can be about anything from my blogging to my writing to my personal life to my thoughts on certain spiritual topics. I don't think I need to say this, but of course, all questions need to be kept “rated G”. Nothing beyond that. Thanks. Whether you know me in person or we've just recently met through our blogs, you can learn a few new things about me.

So what have you been wondering about me? Now's your chance to ask and I'll answer in a post on July 16! (Please ask all questions by July 13.) I'm looking forward to answering your queries!

Note: I reserve the right to not answer any specific question without giving a reason.

  1. HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO YOUR BLOG!!! *Throws confetti*
Vlogs are fun! That's sad you don't have enough internet, but I understand! :)
    Okay, here are my questions:

    1. What is one thing that blogging has taught you?

    2. If you could change anything about how your blog began, what would it be and why?

    3. What is your favorite post on this blog?

I have no more, have fun! :D

Let's see, some questions for you...

-Name three things you've learned while blogging.
-What is one of your most treasured possessions, and why?
-What is you favorite (and least favorite) household chore?
-Do you prefer hot colors (I.e. red, yellow, orange, etc.) Or cold colors (I.e. purple, blue, green, etc.)?
-Would you rather wear your hair up (like in a bun or ponytail) or down?
-What is your favorite musical instrument?

  7. Can't wait for the next post! The most important part of my questions is you have to say WHY you answered the way you did.
    1) Old or New Dysney Beauty and the Beast?
    2) You get a new baby sibling. Brother or sister?
    3) Pick one of these to be: screenwriter, playwright, or book author?
    4) Always winter and NO holidays whatsoever? Or always summer and every holiday?
That's all for now! If I think of two more questions, I'll reply to this comment later.
    Thanks!!! Can't wait!!!

  9. That's a good blogiversary to have. The same day your blog turns 4, I'll be turning 20. Out with the teen and in with the mystical world of twenty-something. Well, I guess I should ask some questions.

1). Do you like grapes, and if so, what is your favorite color of grape to eat?
2). What work of fiction has influenced you the most?
3). If you watch television, what are your favorite shows?
4). Have you seen any plays, and if so, what play is your favorite?
5). Do you study any other languages?
6). If you ever feel that the Lord is directing you to do something, but also have a niggling sense that it may actually be a temptation of the body or of Satan, how do you decide what to do?

  10. Here's my question: How have you grown as a personal in general and as a follower of Christ specifically, through blogging,

    (a) over the past four years, and
    (b) over this past year.

That's may keep you busy reflecting for a while, so I won't ask any more. X)
