Caption #13

Wow, that was a lot of fun! I didn't think I'd get nearly as many wonderful responses as I did! Thank you everyone who sent in a caption: Abigail, Alex, Amy, Arianna, Audrey, Carla, Danny, Debbi, Faith, Isaac, Kathy, Natalie E, and Samuel.

As I received each caption, I couldn't help but laugh. Some were similar, but all unique, and each one was so much fun to read! My favorite caption was sent in by Danny, but second place was tied between several of you. Here's Danny's caption:

I don't mind all the kisses, but how will I ever break it to her that I ain't turning into a prince?

By request, today I bring you a "Caption This" post. For those of you who are newer to my blog, this is a series of posts I ended in 2015 when people's interest seemed to taper off. But after a couple years, it's time for the thirteenth edition!

Caption This #12!

Well, due to not having time to write up the next post about my trip, I figured that I would give you another Caption This picture since it has been a while. I am eager to hear your responses! The dog is Riley, who I did a post about years ago when we decided to get him but shortly after had to return him due to some difficulties with him and our other animals. Have fun coming up with what Riley is saying!

Well, I had to chuckle at some of the entries I got for this picture! They were all so cute but in the end, I decided on Rose's suggestion. It sounds just like my sister and me! You will find her suggestion with the picture below. I would also like to acknowledge my Mom, Rebekah, as well as my sister for their cute entries!

Rebekah: Yours was just like how my family feels about living in the country. No busy city for us!
Mom: Yours was just perfect! I loved it!
Little Sister: I had a very hard time choosing between yours and Rose's. Both of your entries were simply adorable!

Caption This #11, A Reminder, and the Answer

Random Words Challenge Answer: 

For those of you who guessed which fact about me was wrong in the random words challenge post, here are the three facts and the answer of which one was wrong:

1: I have my own laptop.

2: My family owns 12 pets

3: I have watched the movie Soul Surfer. 

Four people thought that number 1 was incorrect. Four people thought that number 2 was false and only two people thought that number 3 was wrong. The answer is...number 1! I do not have my own laptop although I joke that my mom's laptop is mine since I am on it more than she is! As far as our twelve pets, we have: 2 cows, 1 sheep, 2 horses, 4 chickens, and 3 cats! And I have watched Soul Surfer. It is in fact, one of my favorite movies. I have not only watched it once, I have watched it many, many times! Thanks for guessing!

For this one, I got twelve suggestions, all of them very good! For this one, in first place is a tie between Rose and my Grandma. Both were excellent additions to the game—thanks for entering! I also enjoyed reading Jesseca Dawn's and Faith P's. Here is my Grandma's caption, Rose's is found with the picture below. "Where's my welder's helmet? My mother always told me not to look directly at an eclipse.... maybe I'll listen to her the next time."

Drum role please...I was very pleased with the turnout of comments this time! Thank you to all you participated! I had an extremely difficult time deciding which one would win but in the end I came up with a tie—give a hand to RingNerd and Amy! I would also like to acknowledge Blessing Counter and my Grandpa (Randy.) All of your suggestions were really cute! Thank you to all! As of now, I will just continue to do these posts but if anyone wishes that I would stop, please let me know. Have a good evening, all! Sorry that I have been very inconsistent lately but I have been swamped with Christmas, my birthday, and a bunch of other stuff.
