Caption This #12!

Well, due to not having time to write up the next post about my trip, I figured that I would give you another Caption This picture since it has been a while. I am eager to hear your responses! The dog is Riley, who I did a post about years ago when we decided to get him but shortly after had to return him due to some difficulties with him and our other animals. Have fun coming up with what Riley is saying!

    This isn't a suggestion for a caption but, do you have any idea what was in the plastic bottle? Or where it came from?
